Ingredients
- 2 tablespoons chia seeds
- 1½ cup water (for soaking)
- ½ cup greek yogurt (or hung curd)
- salt ,BLACK PEPPER to taste
- 1 grated cucmber
- ¼ grated beetroot
Tempering:
- ½ teaspoon ghee (or MUSTARD OIL)
- 2 tsp raw peanuts
- ½ teaspoon mustard seeds
- 2 dried red chillies, garlic finely chopped (option)
- 1 stalk curry leaves
- a pinch asafetida (hing) optional
Garnish
- 1 tablespoon coriander leaves
Instructions
In a bowl mix together curd, grated cucmber , beetroot, chillies and salt
Add in chia seeds , stir well
Make tadka with ghee, mustard seeds, chillies, curry patta and peanuts.
Pour this hot on mix , give it a good stir
